FAQ's and Shipping Information

Q - How should I clean my item?

A - It depends on what you've purchased. If you bought a sculpture or a piece of wall art, a light dusting should take care of it. If you want to do a more through cleaning, a damp rag will suffice. Damp is the key word! Gently wipe the piece and let it dry. If you bought a platter, bowl or trinket dish I recommend a mild cleaning solution, e.g. Dawn dish detergent and water. Ceramics can be scratched!

Q - My item doesn't look like it did in the pictures, why?

A - The color of items will vary from one monitor to the next. I try to get the best pictures I can showing the actual color.

Q - My item was broken when it arrived, what do I do?

A - Take a picture of the item in the box with the original packaging and send me an email. I have insurance on everything I ship but you may need to take the package to the Post Office.

Q - What is your refund/return policy?

A - I will refund your full price in the case of verified shipping damage. Returns, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase(s) I will refund the purchase price, you pay for shipping.

 SHIPPING INFORMATION

1. Shipping is free.

2. If you receive a package with damaged contents, here's what you must do: 1) take a picture of the damage with the original packing material and send it to me via email, rootedinclaydms@gmail.com. 2) once I receive your email I will reimburse you and file a claim with the Post Office. You may need to take the package to the Post Office. In most cases a picture of the damaged item will suffice but you must keep it for 60 days in case the Post office requires an inspection.  DO NOT return the package as that will void the claim.

3. Due to Covid19 your package(s) may be delayed. You will receive a tracking number so that you may track the progress.
